I saw one of these in Hobby Lobby and just had to make one myself. I thought it turned out alright. Still could use a bit of bling but I think it'll be alright for now.
I painted the wooden door hanger. Then added patterned paper, rub ons, ribbon, ribbon slider, painted the edges of the door hanger, then added a girl's pony tail holder that had stars on it, then added sequence to the patterned paper.
